about my camcorder dvl 820,i bought it 2 years ago still i can't with the video.working on snop shots but not on video.

it causes me to much headache because i can't run my video camcoder to my PC.i'm using windows xp pro .the snopshots works well not the video as i said.i though i need more additional drivers to run it up.somebody wants to help me ,,,,,pls.very much appreciated
