JVC KD-6300

How to change/set time on stereo

I do not have a JVC manual. Can anybody tell me how to change the time on the stereo?

    I thought I had the exact same problem. That's how I found these posts. Then I looked more closely at the faceplate and my stereo is actually a KD-G300. G as in George, not 6 and is 666. Anyway, the JVC site doesn't have a manual for the 6300, but there is one for the G300. Maybe it will help, or maybe you read it wrong like I did. http://books.jvcservice.com/booklist.asp?Model=KD-G300J And it tells you how to set the clock! Not sure, but I hope this helps.

  i use to have one on my jeep. push and hold the select key. (middle one in the center of knob) and it will display time (min,hours) i want to get another one. if anyone knows where i can get one cheap. let me know
