I have a JVC GR-DVM model, specifically, a GR-DVM75U. As I posted in a different section, I am having an issue regarding powering the device, or rather making the device GET power. After leaving it on the charge overnight, I checked it the morning after, and it would not turn on. I removed and reinserted the power cable, and I got a "click click" sound, sounded like an electrical click, like it was powering on and back off again. I removed and reattached the battery. Same thing. I'm a bit curious. How would I go about fixing this poor old thing? It's worked well up to now aside from a minor little fiasco involving tape jams which I already fixed. I'm most likely Not under warranty, given how long this thing has been in my hands, and I am in the 78705 area. Please help as best you can. I am assuming, just a hunch, that this is a battery issue, as it has all the right earmarks, but I'd rather not blow 60 bucks on a hunch. If you could help I would greatly appreciate it.
