I had a problem with the cd not coming out, but it asn't jammed. If this is the problem(possibly) use an AOL disc that you get in the mail, but don't know what to do with, to 1: push eject 2: when it trys to eject, push the crap disc into the uppermost area inside the slot 3: push down lightly to give the ejection system added grip onto your cd. 4: cd should halfass eject enough to grab it
