Press the select button, then scroll with the up and down button until H or M light up on the screen, then press the volume up and down button to set the time.

keep your finger on the sel button and ajust with left up down then press right up down to select hour or mins ;o)

I need installation instructions this system is in my jeep but they wired it wrong so when i put a cd in it just pops back out. Can anyone help me plaease!!!
