Robert I use a Sencore SC3100. It's got a few years on it but it does what I need. It's got 100MHz Bandwidth and can be inserted onto the collector of a TV Horizontal Output Transistor and will display the pulse which is >2KV. This is very important to me. It's got a digital readout and a Delta Measurements function to view portions of waveforms and display their time and P-P readings as you need to see it on the readout. I'm quite sure it's been replaced by a newer version with more bandwidth and more bells and whistles but the SC3100 serves me fine and has done so for many years with very few problems. It was quite expensive at the time but if you're looking for something used in my opinion might be worth the investment. Eric
