HI Rose. E01 means that the mechanism loading assy is jammed for some reason or another but figuring out why does take a minute or to and usually does consist of taking the unit apart. Could just be a bent guide arm or maybe it has just jumped time. Let me know if you want it repaired and we can put a rush on it for you. Rex
