There is a way to bypass the dew sensor, i have done this fix for others as well. Usually just putting the correct value resistor in place of the dew sensor cures that nagging message. My only concern is why you are getting that message to start with., Let me know if you need any further assistance.

iam in uganda and am very stuck with my camcorder it keeps flashing the DEW
