Re:Sony CCD-TRV308 error codes C:31:11 C:31:10 C:32:11

My Sony CCD-TRV308 camcorder is showing error codes C:31:11, C:31:10, and C:32:11 (one at a time, depending on what I'm trying to do). The errors happen when trying to eject the tape, push the play button, or after pushing the reset button. This started after having the camcorder in a backpack while on vacation for a couple of weeks. The backpack never got wet or experienced any drops or hits.

lol, I just had the same problem, wouldnt close. smacked it and works now. LMFAO.

Smack the cassette side...i know it sounds harsh and savage but it works...i did it to my ccd-trv308 and it worked...unfortunatly i dropped it on concrete the other day and its broken for good

Dear Sr. i´m a user for a camcorder sony and i have a problem with my cam. an error code number shows in my screen! C:32:11 and i cant eject mini dv. can you help me about this? sorry for my english i´m from mexico thanks sincerely yours, Enrique
