Home | Previous messageWe ended up sending it away. the ejection motor was burnt out and it ended up costing over $200 ( with no real guarantee that it would be completely fixed!). we got the camera back and the tape part worked but we had lost sound and the video would cut out. we ended up buying a new camera. it seems that it is almost cheaper and easier to replace stuff like this than to get it fixed. we really like our new camera though. it is a panasonic!
