hello..I once have the same problem with my jvc digicam before..a month ago,I went to jvc service center.. they replaced some parts.. for free!! ( my warranty is expired already)
just bring it there, you wont have to spend a single dime!...

Where is this JVC Service you're telling? Also, can i buy accessories in that service center like the datavideo cable that transfers data from the camcorder to the PC? Thanks.
