Hi there same problem with me, I just want to use my GR-D74 Digital Mini DV camera just dec 25 xmas but it always says LENS cap on the lcd and but it is already taken off but nothing appears just black but when I play the tape I can see images on the LCD monitor but when I record I record nothing but black and see nothing but black....Can u help me track down the office and the service center of JVC contact infos? like numbers etc?
