Home | First message in thread | Previous messageI have the same DVD player, and I am now receiving this exact same error on any DVD I try to play. I have a feeling that something has drifted inside the case and is obstructing the lens, but have no idea how to correct this. The player is less than 6 months old, and used infrequently (perhaps about once per month). TIA, -PK

I've got the DVP NS930 dvd player. I have just burned a dvd and at the computer it works perfectly but when I put the dvd in my dvd player then the DVD doesn't start. When I want to start the disc, then it displays error C:13:70 Dirty disc. Can somebody help me? Many thanks, Rick |
