Actually, after much searching I ended up just giving up on the idea (I have a 17" laptop - 15" flat screens won't help much anymore) and passing them on to somebody else that can take them apart and figure it out that way. Unfortunately, they haven't gotten around to it either, and with the price of flat-screens as they are (and coming down constantly), it's probably not really worth it anymore. Sorry for the bad news, but it is what it is. Hope you find some good uses for them, though.
