Yes I can access the menu and I can change caption language and move it top to bottom but I can't find an option anywhere to turn it off. My husband says he kind of likes it because he can keep up with what is being said. So I may just leave it be. Appreciate remote info. I am impressed with your service. Honestly I did'nt expect a reply because I am not a "real customer".

When in Closed Caption Screen try using the Channel Up/Down Buttons to see if there is an "Off" Option. There should be three options Caption,Text or Off. Eric |
