HomeIs my closed captioning here to stay? Can any one tell me how to get the closed captioning turned off? I am following all menu instructions but I cannot find one to turn it off. Am I just stupid? Please don't answer question 2. Thanks

I e-mailed you the part number for your remote. I guess your Universal Remote will not allow you to access the Menu Function? If you can get there you might be able to turn CC off. Eric You didn't specify a model just the year. Most times if Closed Captioning is set up, pressing the Closed Caption Button on the Remote Control until "Off" is displayed will cancel Closed Captioning. Eric |
