If you want to reformat your memory stick go to this Sony website and download the program that formats the memory stick. You will lose all the information on the memorystick, but you will be able to use it normally after you format it. My memory stick kept losing space so that I could only save 10 pics before it would run out of space, even though no other files were on the stick.
