Home | First message in thread | Previous messageYes, I have sent my camera back to Sony with a copy of the purchase order and guarantee (even if it is expired , it does not matter). They´ve checked the overall condition of the camera (if there was no damage that could justify the problem)and , after 1 week, they´ve informed me that would repair the camera "free of charge". After this week, I had to wait 3 more weeks to have my camera repaired. It is with me now, without any problem, working perfectly. Best Regards, Marcelo Frota Niterói- Rio de Janeiro Brazil

Marcelo, Eu estou com o mesmo problema na minha câmera e gostaria que você me informasse com qual departamento da Sony você entrou em contato para solucionar o seu problema.
