I have a JVC 35' tv that just went to blue screen. I have it and another tv connected to DISH satellite service. The DISH service representative says I need to set the tv to AIR so he can help me complete a channel search. I tried to change the setting but cannot tell whether I am on AIR or CABLE. Neither one changes the status of the screen - which is still blue. Can you tell me how to set the tv up to run this channel scan?
NOTE: The other tv is working fine after I reset the box for the satellite.
