i emailed you over 5 days ago. about my jvc camcorder model#gr-d30u. the lcd screen will not come on. it was working fine & now it will not come on. you can view the tape in the camera itself but can't record at all. i have only had the camera going on 2 years. i know 3 people that have the same problem with the same model & i went on google & there was a lot of people talking about the same problem with there's. that should have not went out that soon. i think jvc should recall the camera & fix it. i have always bought jvc products & have not had this big of a problem. the cost to fix it is almost as much as it was to buy it. please email me back about what i should do. sincerly, jennifer e. thompson

    Please refer to answer on page 214 regarding this problem, and I also sent a private e-mail to you explaining the procedure. I suspect you are in the USA and if so the phone number to use is (800)858-6442 or alternatively look up your JVC themselves (not agent) customer services of where ever you are. Regards / John
