Looking for Sony EVS-9000 video heads

I've been owning a Sony EVS-9000 Hi-8 Pal/Secam vtr since 1997 and I fear the video heads need to be replaced. I've been told here in France and even from a contact in Japan that Sony would not make them anymore. If someone can get video heads and maybe drum for this european model (I was told that video heads work on any standard model anyway) please contact me. Thank you very much!
