Re: Sony DSC MVC camera repairs
Pam - 14th Nov 2005 1:09
I have been using my Sony DSC-S70 for three years - I used it yesterday without a problem, however today, when I removed it from the case and turned it on - the display on the top of the camera has a flashing "LENS" going on, and the lens will not retract as it should (it won't move at all!) Also - the back of the camera display area has a flashing C:32:02 as well - not able to take any photos and had a lot of stuff to post on eBay. Is there a quick fix for this?
BTW - I shut the camera down, removed the battery (hoping the camera would reset) - to no avail.
HELP!!!!!

Alex - I hope this is easily fixable. I forgot that someone who was taking my photo dropped the camera (actually, it rolled off a chair and dropped about 12" onto a carpeted floor). I hope it didn't muck it up!
If you want to call me @ my office, the direct dial number is 386-246-5808 - I'm here until 4pm EST today.
Thanks (and I'm crossing my fingers!).
