Looks like alot of us are having simialr issues with their DVD players.
I too now have a player same model that read no disc when one is in it. I took the case off, but it is hard to access the actual disc changer part due to it being covered. How do you clean the laser part if it is still covered once the main top is removed? Is it hard to do?

Hi my friend,
it is easy to clean your DVD. Turn it on and press open, let the tray out, and use the long Q-tip handle clean it, or using long stick with the coton. You will see the laser from outside at the tray. good luck.
