Nancy, the procedure to do so is quite complex. You will need your original Remote Control. Either post or send me your e-mail address and I'll upload the instructions to you. Even if you are successful in adjusting the vertical size, it may be only a temporary fix since I really believe that something in your vertical output circuit has changed value. Howver I do wish you luck.

I am having a problem with the picture height also, is there a way to adjust with the remote?

I'm looking at an old post, but wondering if you are still active. I am in need of the service menu access info on a JVC AV 3230 television. Seems my white levels are just a little too hot
