dont know if you got it fixed or not, but it is a convergence problem. You can do the adjustment through your remote & program menu. I still have my manual if you need a copy of the instructions, I can email scanned copy to you.

No unfortunately we haven't really tried in the past month. We have been trying to find out what it might be causing this before we "dig in". If you could please send me a copy through E-mail on the adjustment procedure and we will try it. I really appreciate the reply. Thank you for your time and copy.
