dont know if you got it fixed or not, but it is a convergence problem. You can do the adjustment through your remote & program menu. I still have my manual if you need a copy of the instructions, I can email scanned copy to you. hope you got it fixed

almost sounds like convergence is out. if this model has a "flash" button on the remote push it. thats auto converg. my best guess. luck
