I just e-mailed customer support on the JVC America. My problem is with digital video camera purchased ca.12/25/2003. Model#GR-D30US; Serial#068t0946. I paid $249.29 on 7/25/05 for repair of error message--Warning mode--condensation shows. Due to my husband's sudden death, I have only used the unit on 10/12/05 indoors and again today 10/14 indoors. The unit has been in climate controlled house or museum, never left in car or any other place where it could be exposed to moisture--but it doesn't work AGAIN! I cannot afford to pay for the shipping @$20 each way, plus labor $150--even though the parts are still under warrenty until 10/25. Can you help me? I am extremely upset that I can't even use the unit to download the last videos of my husband. Kathi

    Josh--not that I know of--it depends on how severe the moisture problem is. Did you leave your camera anywhere it could get moisture? If not, let it sit for a few days, try a different tape--and GOOD LUCK!
