I have the same error message, it comes and goes, its also on a TRV340E this may be a manufacturing fault. If its the same camera, maybe we should approach SONY together, I rang them and they couldnt tell me what the fault code is, maybe you could try, if any luck let me know. By removing the battery, cleaning the head and generally trying to get the software into a differnt mode seems to clear it sometimes, even charging with no battery, leave battery out for over 24 hours so it looses the memory.
