Don't know if anyone still needs this, but this site had a list of codes for Apex remote controls. I was able to easily follow the directions to reprogram my TV's remote. A tip: if it's just the TV that's not working, try code 000.

I have the same model remote control and TV And I have the exact same problem. The remote got wedged in between the couch and when I found it, I guess the couch was pressing the same button for hours and it wouldn't work after that. I tried taking the batteries out and pressing every button on the remote but nothing works! I know this little incident couldn't have broken it for good so I'm thinking it must be the code, even though I never had to program a code before.
