Apex ck5d-c1 remote and pf2720 tv

Remote needs to be reprogramed

During a move to my new home i deactivated my remote i need to know the code to reprogram it. the remote model is ck5d-c1 the tv model is pf2720 both are apex. help me if at all possible

I have a similar problem... found the remote and want to use it with my Hitachi TV. Anyone have a manual... can't find it online.
