I got it.
You need the spindle which holds the CD and this is not matching with the spare sent to you.
The pciture could not be opened as our software was bloking the attachments due to virus from some other attachments.
We will try and retrive this.or may be you can resend the scan.
Still if this cannot be supplied we will refund you the money.

I have re-sent the picture in hopes you are able to open it this time, if this fails, then upon receiving my letter and the returned peace, it also has the same picture within.
