Did you not read what I had just written???
I stated I had sent you an email with pic attached I also sent back the peace I purchased along with a page which has pictures of what I need for my camera. I all my previous messages and letters, I had already stated I DO NOT HAVE A PART NUMBER.... do you hear me now.?
And proper customer service would research my old messages to make sure they would understand all this and no keep asking the same question over again which if I were customer service or the company helping I would be embarrassed to let someone else know I giving proper help to the customer.
Okay I need the small spindle which holds the 3 inch CD in place just inside the camera door, for the MVC CD 500 BY Sony. You sent the wrong peace, I sent it back to you along with picts of what I am looking for, and I ---( DO NOT HAVE A PART NUMBER ) look at the picture and you will see what I need.
