Home | Previous messageHi, I have the exactly same problem reported by you. When I called customer service they gave me the address to ship the camcorder. They acted as if this was a known problem to them. They have not asked me if I am doing anything wrong (user error). I don't want to send the camcorder to the canon service center, to avoid the shipping charges. I have purchased the camcorder in Aug/Sept 03 Lakshmi
