hey, i have the same problem as well i'm in australia in a middle of my trip and the computer doesn't recognize the memory stick. i don't know what should i do with that. i 've tried to download formatter software or recovery but i couldn't run them as well coz the computer doesn't recognize that the camera is connected to the pc. if you got any answers please reply.
