Sony DSC-P7 format error C:13:01

I have used my camera for 2 years and this lexar 256mb stick for 1 and never had a problem until now. I just took 130 pictures of my trip in Italy and now have a Format Error C:13:01 when I tried to view the pictures in the camera. I can still take p

ictures but I'm not sure if I should risk it. I really want to save these pictures. Please HELP!!! hey, i have the same problem as well i'm in australia in a middle of my trip and the computer doesn't recognize the memory stick. i don't know what should i do with that. i 've tried to download formatter software or recovery but i couldn't run them as well coz the computer doesn't recognize that the camera is connected to the pc. if you got any answers please reply. Thanks in advance Shai.
