hi there i recently bought a jvc gr20ek video camera and am trying to put my video onto dvd from my pc,i was told there is no software or usb cable for this model and was told to buy a firewire card which i have but my pc is not reading that there is a card installed or any video from my camera could you please tell me what im doing wrong i am replying from pechorin.com thank you ian murray
