If your product was purchased new and still within the 1 year warranty, get a copy of your proof of purchase and ship it to your nearest factory service center. You can find a list of Factory Centers in your owners manual or on line at JVC.com > service and support > locate factory service. If your stereo is out of your 1 year warranty then you need to figure out if you wish to have it evaluated for the $50 evaluation fee (add tax/shipping) to see what is wrong. I believe it is $75 for an hour flat rate plus parts if needed. IF you only paid a little over $100 for the product originally, I would not recommend service if you can purchase new for around that much. Stereo's very in price from a little over $100 to sevaral hundred's of dollars at most retailers.
