My JVC Modle No. is AV27820. I have multiple horizontal lines across the bottom of my TV that come and go. They blink on and off and they are thin and only appear on the bottom of the screen. Also, occassionally there is no picture at all - just one solid horizontal line across the center of the tv. Just now in moving the tv out to get the model number, the picture came back on. I thought this would suggest a connection problem; however, I checked the cable connection and it was secure. Thank you, Traci Lersch
