Dear Stacy, I live over here in London. I have an old VHSC camcorder, JVC Grm 3E and as I have not used it for a while thought I would get it out and take some pictures of the grandchildren. Sadly it did not work. Plays back the tapes fine but record is very blurred and fuzzy. Tried head cleaner and got error code 03. I would like to get it repaired but that appears to be almost impossible. Yesterday went out and bought a new JVC GR-DF420EK and its great. Still would like to fix up the old one.
