I am have a convergence problem but the color is Green, pulled up from the bottom and down from the top. Please email me a copy of he sechematic. Help Pleas. Fred

I'm having problems with our JVC AV-48WP30 screen TV. I really need help there is green, purle and pink shadowing around the person and around everything else. I went to a convergence screen but can't figure out how to correct the problem, I can move the arrow around but when trying to get the green color or purple color to align, I can't move them. Could you help, I hope this is free service. If there is a charge please don't send any reply and ignore this request. Help...thank you.

My red cross won't line up. Do you charge for the diagram to change this?

Hi Eric, With regards to the above TV, I have one in for repairs and I have changed the STK chip already. Is there a possibility that you could please email me the schematic and fix. Kind regards Blaire Farrington

Eric, I have the AV-48WP30 and it looks like I'm having the same convergence problem. The red is way off to the right and it will not move far enough to the left to center up. Also, the top left corner and bottom left corner look as though they are rolling down to the right (can't center). Could you please forward the manual to me as well. What is a DVM (Tool you mentioned you would need)? Thanks, Jeff M.

Do you have a pdf of the Service Manual for a JVC AV-48WP30 you could email to me? Having excessive red bleed down in top left corner, convergence adjustment will not fix. No speakers closeby. Thanks so much.
