It would help if you posted the model number (ie KV-27xxx, but check to see if your TV has "line in" or "aux in" inputs. If so, check how the pix and sound are when using these inputs (from a VCR/DVD). If the pix is Ok at these inputs, then your TV may have a poor solder joint on the Tuner or IF Block or possibly both.
