I HAVE JUST MOVED INTO A HOME AND AM REMODELING. I HAVE FOUND TWO PARTS THAT I DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY GO TO OR THEIR PURPOSE. WOULD YOU RECOGNIZE ACT COR. FSC121SOF OR A CHIME: NUTONE SCOVILL 515-N 5VA 10VO
YOUR QUICK RESPONSE WOULD ALLOW ME TO MOVE ON WITH MY REMODELING PROJECT. WE ARE AFRAID TO UNATTACH AS IT MAY BE SOMETHING THAT WE WILL BE USING DURING OUR PROJECT. THANKS, CURIOUS

Hi. Its almost 5 years since you posted, Sorry for holding up yer remodel. That Nutone Scovill 5 VA, 10 volt, 515-N is the transformer for yer doorbell. It transforms the 120 volt coming in thru the thicker cable to the lower voltage (10?) going to your doorbell and chime via those thin little wires.

the act corp fsc121sof is an electronic speed control for a fan on a broan range hood. it could be used as a speed control for other motors as well.
