I have a JVC Television Model # AV-38M501, serial number is 16532095 it says it was made in November of 2000. We bought it at the PX in Germany. It was working last night, and it was left on when I went to bed last night. This morning when I got up it was off and I tried to turn it back on. The light flashed from green to red, and was making a buzzing sound. When you turn it on at first it sounds just like it was going to turn on and then it does that....Any kind of assistance you can offer me??? We bought the T.V. new in 2003...
