Thanks a lot, suggested method of removing and re-inserting the battery worked for me. I also have had the same problem repeatedly. At first, the battery trick worked, but no longer! I can now no longer eject the tape at all. Of course, this problem started right after my service plan expired! I was recording my daughter's first birthday party when I attempted to change the tape in my Sony CCD-TRV57 when I got the flashing error code C:32-11. I found a recommendation here to remove the battery and reinsert it to reset the camera. I did just that and the camera began to work again. This solution worked for me. I have just had this error when trying to change tapes in my Sony DCR PC120E. The mechanism just seemed to jam. I searched google and found somebody else who had the same problem. The answer is simple. Just remove your battery and then reinsert it. This resets the camera and allows it to work again! This advice has just helped me and my camera is working agin now!!! Good luck! did you ever get an answer to this error. I am having it now woth my Sony. Sorry...but no one responded as yet! ;-( |
