Could you give me the phone or web site or other information...did you replace it yourself? My CORD camera shop stated to send it to factory would be $200 -$250....in the meantime I bought a new Panasonic for $340///I still have an extra $75 2 hour hi capacity battery and wide angle lens, etc so hate to trash it..it has done great for 2 years thanks :) Joe
