I am owner of the video camera JVC GR-DVP3E. I have recently noticed the following problem. When the central switch is "off" and I open the cassette holder cover, the cassete holder of the device does not come up. This is something that recently came to my attention. When the switch is on and the display or the view finder is on, there is no such problem as the above-mentioned. I have asked two technicians from the JVC technical support department in Athens, who were unable to answer my request. Is this a malfunction or not? I would be grateful if you could reply soon.
