I have a JVC DVD hom theater system (I can't remember the model right now). The last week when I'm trying to push the "eject" button to open the DVD door, the panel displays a "locked" message and the door remains closed. All the other functions (Radio, Aux, Line in) works properly. Is there a solution about this problem? For the time that works plays original DVD's in region 2 and nothing else. The parental control is off. I already have send an email to JVC Europe, but with no responce at all.
