Iwas getting ready to video a 93 year old woman for her story about growing up and going to a 2 room school house when my camera sent up the E03 error message. I was panicky! I saw your suggestion and it fixed the camera. Thanks so much! D WOW, JAUN.. YOUR NUMBER JAUN!!!! THANKS ORTEGA You're my hero, Juan (I've always wanted to say that). Anyway, this thing was giving me fits. I thought it was my firewire card (it happened when I tried to capture the video), so I tried it on my roommate's computer. Same thing. I thought it was the cable, so I came to my parents' house and tried on their known-good hardware. Same results. Juan to the rescue. Thanks. It works for me too. Brilliant. why won't VC just own up to their product's shortcomings?? Juan, you are a savior! This also worked for me! Wow, great tip, and your English is not bad at all. I wonder if this will work with my GR-DVF31U? I\'ll try it at home tonight. Thank you very much! Wow - so far it is working. Since the error started I haven\'t been able to play back my tapes, but I just followed the above and it\'s working. |
