It is expanded in scope, no longer focused on the E04 / Battery / Safeguard problem but claims that JVC camcorders suffer from design and manufacturing flaws which customers are expected to "repair". Also, there are over 600 complaints in my database and over 225 people have given their contact info to join the lawsuit. Over 100 camcorder models are included, and people from 30 countries have joined.

I've owned two jvc camcorders as a pro videographer. The last camcorder was a lemon that I spent 3,000 on, JVC refused to replace it and left me high and dry!!! |
