I cannot beleive this worked! we smacked it many many times before it worked, but after a while the zoom started working, still had the error and it wasn't focusing, wacked it a few more times and it was focusing, but the error still there, took battery off and back on again and working fine!! Just in time for our wedding in 2 weeks!! no need to spend extra money on a new camera!! thanks everyone!
